The front desk staff especially Tina was very accommodating to me. I called to request for an early check-in and they did honor the request.

Had a fun group trip! We loved the free weights and treadmills at the gym. After hitting the greens at Oak Brook Golf Course, we relaxed with movies on the 50-inch flat-screen TV. The stay was smooth without any hiccups.

One downside was the check-in process. the receptionist was a bit panicked and unhelpful, which could have been smoother.

Stopped here for a night after dropping fam at the airport. Staff were super chill and my room was spotless. The breakfast had a ton of options, which was awesome! I just wish the Park and Fly transport was easier. waiting an hour for a ride back was a real bummer. Snack bar was a nice touch too!
